From 1 to 3 October 2006 : As part of the SIAHM (Catering, Food-related occupations and Food Fair) in Lille , Jean-Luc Germond is taking part in the Trophée des Hauts de France jury, and leading 2 conferences on the themes of “new cuisine” and “gastronomy and health”.

From 22 to 27 May 2006 : Jean-Luc Germond was the guest on the programme “Les recettes du Chef” (Chef’s Recipes) broadcast on France Bleu Nord.

27 May 2006 : Jean-Luc Germond spoke at a conference on the theme of food pleasure and health as part of the Week-end de la Déesse (Goddess Weekend) in Lille.

March 30th 2006 : Pouilly-Fuissé tasting evening with Frédéric-Marc Burrier, Château de Beauregard, Fuissé.

February 11th 2006 : Jean-Luc Germond will be appearing on the “Goûtez-moi Ça” programme as Pierrot’s guest (Pierre Coucke). Shown on France 3 Nord/Pas-de-Calais.
